Constitutes

Five branch systems, they are:
1. Cleaning system:
Using heavy rejects cleaning system with one grade more stage.
2. Deaeration system:
Including Deaerator, Condenser, Vacuum Pump, Steam-water Separator and silencer etc.
3. Screening system:
Including low pulse pressure screen and tailings screen etc.
4. White water system:
Including white water tower, chest and trough etc.
5. Auto-control system:
Including spot instrument and control-room instrument controlled by DCS system.

Running characteristics

Being diluted by white water, the stock in the machine chest was pumped into cleanings with the fine stock in the first stage pumped into deaerator in which the air was separated from the stock by hit, falling film and boiling etc and was discharged by vacuum pump. The stock after being deaerated was pumped to pressure screen by low pulse pump, then into the headbox. The system can meet all the needs in pumping, cleaning, deaeration and screening of the stock and provide stable stock consistency and pressure for the headbox, and improve dewatering and formation of the sheet in wire section and keep paper machine running well and get good paper qualities.
